Welcome!

Life can be challenging.  Sometimes it comes at you hard and obvious - like my cancer did. Other times it's more like being in the fog - difficult to navigate and move forward. We cannot wait for the sun to burn it off! 

This space is dedicated to me sharing my experiences and thoughts on resilience and finding one's path. I hope you will find some grains of useful insight for navigating these challenging times.
